Whether water or air pressure testing – we test high-pressure pipes in sizes DN 50 to DN 1400 in accordance with the highest standards (DVGW G469, VDTÜV 1051 and VDTÜV 1060) using powerful pump technology.

Pipe pigging
We clean and inspect pipelines reliably using special pigging methods. From foam pig cleaning and chemical-mechanical processes to intelligent pigging for material testing, we ensure smooth operations and maximum safety.

Inspections and intelligent pigging of pipelines

Pipe drying and inertisation
Our efficient drying systems remove moisture from pipes and systems down to the desired dew point.
In addition to drying pipes and systems of all sizes, EPS also carries out inerting of closed systems using dried air or nitrogen.
Measurement technology
An indispensable part of our work with pumps and compressors is the collection and recording of measurement data. For this purpose, we use fully equipped measurement vehicles. These measurement vehicles are equipped with pressure sensors, pressure gauges, high-precision pressure balances and chart recorders. Pressure and temperature measurements provide the data required for evaluation and certification of the strength and tightness of a pipe by an expert.
